Previous incidents

We are aware of an issue where queue allocation upon queue exit is not properly assigned. This may affect certain KPIs in specific cases. We are currently investigating and will update by 12 Feb 2026 9:00am CET

We are aware of an issue where AERO report data is not refreshing. This is related to a global Microsoft Fabric incident impacting refresh and sync for certain DirectLake semantic models. We are in contact with Microsoft and will provide updates as we learn more.
